Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Pudding
  • 1 packet 3.4 oz package cheesecake pudding
  • 240 ml milk cold
  • 240 ml Rumchata
  • 227 g 8 oz tub Cool Whip
  • 120 g graham cracker crumbs plus extra for garnish, if desired
  • optional Whipped cream for garnish
  • optional maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Whisk the cold milk and Rumchata into the pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  3. Fill 2oz shot cups with ½-¾ tbsp graham cracker crumbs, followed by the pudding mixture. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Garnish with whipped topping, graham cracker crumbs and maraschino cherries, if using. Enjoy!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute RumChata with additional milk or a flavored coffee creamer. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less graham cracker crumbs.
