- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt in a bowl. Press into the base of a lined tray.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and food coloring or beet juice.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and garnish with mini chocolate chips, cake crumbs, raspberries, or white chocolate ganache as desired.
