Method
- Whip the mascarpone in a medium sized mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
- Add whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until thickened.
- Rinse and dry berries.
- Layer berries and cream in single sized serving dishes.
- Serve immediately or cover each dish and refrigerate until serving.
Notes
This dessert can be made ahead of time and chilled until ready to serve. Feel free to experiment with different types of berries or add a sprinkle of lemon zest for extra flavor.
